The Master Media Design explores how humans and machines interact — one of the core themes of the programme — including learning how to “talk to robots” through machine learning processes.
This soft robotics workshop, developed in collaboration with La Maison des Humanités Potentielles, CNRS and INRIA, placed students alongside key research actors. Through research, prototyping, interaction design and electronics, they experimented with soft, responsive robotic systems inspired by natural movement, questioning how machines can sense, react and adapt to human touch.
A hands-on, research-driven workshop that reflects the pedagogy of the Master Master Media Design: experimenting, building and thinking through technology.
